Are these topamax side effects normal?

I use to take topamax when i was younger but since i stopped getting seizures i stopped taking it. So its been fours since i've taken it, but recently i got a seizure and i was put back on topamax. Just yesterday i started taking my first pill which is not a high dose its only 25mg. I have only taken a total of 3 pills since i have to take one pill twice daily. But I've been experiencing numbness in my fingers,fatigue, and a very hard time concentrating. I have also been feeling very tired. Are all these feelings normal??
