This girl bit my finger and its numb?

Ok so on saturday (3 days ago). This girl bit the top knuckle of my left index finger, and she bit hard. But anyway, on the side of my finger thats all skin. The top right portion of the top joint is numb, and has been for 3 days. I've been applying neosporin and alcohol to the bite mark since it happened, and today its seem a little less numb. I just want to know if I should see a doctor, or if what I'm doing now should cure the numbness?
