How do I know for sure she is intrested, and let her know that I am too?

The other day I was getting some new glasses, haven't been in this place in over a year. I had a question about something and was looking at a display with my back to the room, when the lady came to help me, she said,"HEY!". It was her, Kassi, the lady that had helped me over a year ago, I was so attracted to her then. But I didn't pursue her, she was married I assume( big ring!) But I did joke with her and she was very receptive to my joking. Anyhow I left thinking her husband is very lucky, she's so nice and very pretty...a lady. Well so like I said, a couple weeks ago I see her again, she not only remembers me, but what I do for a living as well. (This time she has no ring...) So we are visiting a little while she's placing my order for new glasses, I tell her that I'm in the process of opening my own restaurant, shei asks wher e its at and when I tell her she says "oh that's not to far, I'll have to come try it out". Okay, now I'm really phyced, but not wanting to come on to strong. So anyhow this past weekend I go to pick up my new glasses, I'm all excited looking forward to seeing her again, well as it turns out she was with someone so another lady waited on me, bummer right. Well I still owed some money on my bill so when I was paying she saw me I gave a cute little wave. She asked how the restaurant was coming I told her, she said again she wants to come see it, and that she will be expecting me to let her know, she said this a couple times. I took it as she's telling me to call her...at work? Well Im going to have my glasses adjusted this afternoon, I hope to see her! Okay girls tell me, she's into me right, or am I delusional?
