Im TERRIFIED of roller coasters and im going to cedar point thursday this very week?

im scared im going to fall off and die i need help i dont knnow what to do but i also want to ride the rides with all my other friends!! to and i just dont wanna be the bummer to the party if you know what i mean so if you have in tips or TRICKS that i can use for when i go to cedar point thank i apreciate it
