Feel slight discomfort on my left testicle and numbness on my penis?

About 5 days ago I masturbated 3 times during the course of that day. Ever since the last masturbation i feel a little discomfort on my left testicle, this causes to have numbness on my penis which causes my erection to be about 70-80% to what they usually are. I have had sex every day since then but the numbness which causes me to lose my erection quickly sometimes it's starting to worry me. I was thinking about not having any sex for a few days and see if everything goes back to normal. What could be the cause? could it be that i put too much stress on that day and now my testicle is kind of sore and needs some time off or could it be something else? please help this has me very worried.
