Should I go to the movies or work with my uncle?

I have been wanting to do something and/or get money for a while so I can write this down on my resume and I get paid for this little temp job. Here is the catch I have to skip out watching transformers 3 with my brother which he is kind of mad about, wake up/sleep early and do what ever my uncle orders me to do. He works in a tire factory and they wake up early in the morning like real early but, to me I think it's worth it. If I work and do everything correctly I get a reference and can put it on resume, not to mention I get paid a little money. What should I do? I can watch the movie later but my brother already bought me a ticket which is a bummer.
