I keep smelling metal and baby food?

I keep smelling metal and baby food. There is no reason for me to be smelling these. There is no metal or baby food around me. These smells are so random, its freaking me out. The only other symptom that I could possibly give is that I often get a numbness in the back of my head above my neck for a few seconds. Can someone help me?
