I NEED SOME MAJOR ADVICE ! 10 points ? (: help, especially guys !?

alright, so its like this. I met this guy like maybe 3 months ago. to me, he's not even cute or whatever, but I just randomly started talking to him. we talked for an hour. and then he asked for my number. funny thing, I kinda fell for him. he's extremely smart, very talented, and has helped me more than anyone else with my depression. we still talk for hours at a time. he does have a girlfriend. bummer. but really, weird things have been happening between us. stuff that's just ... weird. like him asking me if there's anyone I truly love. like him thanking me for talking to him. like him telling me to NEVER commit suicide ... for his sake. like him staying up till 2 in the morning helping me through my crap. sweet stuff. stuff that makes me wonder ... but then I stop. 'cause I know he is in a relationship. I'm kinda content to be friends ... but the way he's acting gets weirder and weirder. and ... I think I just might love him. DUNNO ! just think. sense my confusion? yeah. someone tell me what the heck is going on ...
