Please help. trying to conceive?

well me and my fiance have been trying to conceive our second child for 3 months now ...a few months after i had my first child i was told i have pcos and had 2 ultrasounds to confirm it . i have a bad case of pcos and suffer extreme pain which is a real bummer im only 18 so i figured it wouldn't be so bad but it is this is our 4th month of trying naturally iv lost Weight eating better like the doc said but im not ovulating my temp doesn't go up and the ovulation test all ways say neg and i have only had 2 periods in the last 4 - 5 months should i push the Doctor to put me on metformin or clomid the doc said in a few months she will put me on one of the 2 fertility drugs i just don't think its going to happen on its own.. i know im young and alot of people say im nuts but i really just want to be a mum i love kids and plan to have a big family that's what ive all ways wanted.
