Everything is right with this new barn, except..?

Smoking in the barn is downright dangerous and I wouldn't risk my horse's well-being. To tell the truth, a barn owner that is that unprofessional (telling your mom she smokes in the tack room) and allows her boyfriend to talk to her child disrespectfully tells me that it won't be such a good place in the long run. Plus, if she says she's broke, you really don't want to be out of board if she closes the stables.
