What is the likelihood of a 21 year old having a stroke?

I'm 21 years old, have a full time job, non smoker, non drinker, 5'9" and 140 lbs. Not a diabetic, no heart issues. I woke up last night with the left half of my face and arm numb. It really concerned me and I started panicking and walking around to make sure I could still walk and function. I could still talk, I wasn't confused, no weakness that I can recall. I always get numbness in my pinky and ring finger due to a compressed nerve in my elbow...I also have severe neck problems and I work as an orthodontic assistant so I'm always bending my neck down over patients. Anyway the numbness in my face has been coming and going in my face all day. Or it's just a weird sensation. Anyway, it's making me nervous and I'm slightly concerned that it could be a stroke or maybe even M.S. Please anything will help!
