What's wrong with me?? Pain under left breast?

Probably not gas. And, at 13, it won't be pregnancy. Are you wearing a bra too small? Sometimes one breast is fine because it is smaller than the other (lie with me, my right occasionally hurts.) IDK the actual measurements for bras. It might even be a trapped nerve or something. You could ask your mum or aunt or sex-ed teacher.
