What's wrong with my body?

It's super warm right now. You know that numbness you get from putting ice on your body? Like when you are scratching hard you dont feel the pain but you feel your fingers scratching? I felt it on my back first but then I felt it on my face. I also feel like my ears are popped and my right arm feels weird. Not painful but annoying. I also feel lightheaded
