Can you feed a 4 week old puppy calf formula?

I have a bummer calf that we bottle feed, and i just found two baby puppies and i'm guessing they are 4 weeks old. Can i feed them calf formula until i get puppy formula? I already know that you CAN NOT feed them cow milk, but can i feed them calf formula?
