I'm stuck on Dragon Age: Origins?

I am on the branka boss battle, i sided with the stone golem dude. I have 4 Health Poultices, my whole team dies almost instantly. So, that leaves my alone to fight all the golems and branka herself... With little to no poultices left... its a massive bummer because i want to beat the game, but this is slowing me down big time. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
