Is it ok to ask a guy out after having sex with him?

I met this guy who works at walmart at the tire and lube section. i really needed help on my car and was really stressing out that day when I was having him put a new tire on my car. he then offered his personal cell number for further assistants on my car. Then when i went home he called me and left a text message, " Hey (my name) its david I was just searching online and found good prices for you I will write them all down for you." First of all requested him to find parts to fix my car to pass smog and he said he would be happy to work on my car any time since i don't know much about cars at all. He was very sweet and friendly and also really kind. i texted him back and ended up calling him, talking about my car and then we started talking about our personal lives and then he said maybe we can hang out after work. He also said on text, " whenever i work different times i have my schedule at home if u want me to call u when i get home." He eventually came over to my place and I asked him if i can come over to his place and he said yes. We ended up having fun and drinking beer. Then we got in bed together and had great sex accept, I couldn't have a orgasm or (***) because Im on medication. but he loved the sex and he felt really bad that i could not have an orgasm or (***). I ended up spending the night with him and the next morning he took me home. We went to bed really late the last night and we both ended up taking a nap that morning at my place and then we had sex again. I couldn't have a orgasm yet because i was a little nervous and it is the side affect of my medications. We used protection all the time. and by 11 am he had to take off to work. when I went to work it was just him and another coworker. he said he was really tired at work and that he almost fell asleep on the job. I asked him if i can see him again and he said, maybe...... because hes been talking about cleaning his place, fixing around the house, taking a shower and shave, and washing his clothes. but i was just trying to ask him when would be a good time to see him when he is not busy and he said he does really know his schedule yet. He said he would call me but he never did yet..... Its now saturday and he said he was off work today. im assuming he is really tired from cleaning and fixing around his house yesterday. but tomorrow is sunday and its fathers day. bummer. he said he would not be able to see me on fathers day but he will let me know when he is available. im still waiting.... He hasn't called me yet because he doesn't have any reception out where he lives and also because he live up in the mountains in the country where there is farm animals and what not. I know their is no reception because my cell didn't work up there at his place either. So i am also assuming he is still up in the country/ mountains. Today is saturday and tomorrow is fathers day, the day he plans on spending with his dad. And Monday he is back to work at walmart again. WHEN SHOULD I ASK HIM OUT TO BE MY BOYFRIEND?... HE IS EVERYTHING I WANT IN A RELATIONSHIP?....
